Product Care

To maintain the quality and appearance of our rugs, we recommend spot cleaning with water or a mild detergent. It’s essential to blot spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth to prevent stains from setting in. Additionally, for routine maintenance, use a vacuum with suction only, avoiding rotating brushes that can fray the edges. As part of the natural settling process, the rug may shed initially—this is a normal characteristic of hand-crafted rugs and will gradually subside with regular vacuuming and use. Allow time for the fibres to relax and the rug to fully settle into its space for the best performance and longevity.

Remove spills immediately
If liquid, blot with a clean, undyed cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible
Hand brush or lightly vacuum regularly (without rotating brushes)to prevent dust and crumbs from settling on the base of the rug
Keep away from sharp objects and fireplaces
Exposure to direct sunlight may result in colour fading
Rotate rugs placed in daylight areas frequently
This rug is for indoor use only
Avoid using in damp areas
Never fold or store your rug in an airtight plastic bag
