Express Post
For all small decor items, MCM House ship Australia wide via express post. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout based on your post code. You will be sent your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Parcels do not require a signature on delivery and will be left at your home if it is safe to do so or alternatively, taken back to your local post office for collection.

Metro Areas - Sydney
- Once your order is ready for delivery, our delivery partners will be in contact within 2 business days to book in a delivery date that suits you. 
- A delivery window is provided.
- On the day of delivery, you will receive an additional notification when the driver is 30 mins away

Rest of Australia
If you are not located in Sydney Metro areas, we use various different shipping carriers across Australia. 
- Once your order is ready for delivery it will be sent to your delivery location. This may take 1-2 weeks. 
- Our delivery partners will then contact you and provide a scheduled delivery date.

We have various delivery partners that allow us to ship to our client all across Australia. To ensure you receive your order when expected, please review the below order cut offs for your area below for delivery before Christmas.

Our delivery partners pause deliveries over the holiday period from the 23rd December and resume as normal from the 8th of January.

Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases. If goods are unable to be delivered due to access, the customer is liable to pay for return shipping back to the warehouse. If you are unsure, please view our furniture measuring guide here. Customers must also be present at the agreed time of delivery and allow access to the driver. 

If you require an onsite access check to be performed prior to delivery this can be arranged for a fee. 

Our online store offers Australia wide shipping excluding TAS & NT.

Exclusions may apply to semi-remote and remote areas. If you are unable to generate a shipping quote at the checkout, please contact our sales team who will provide a custom delivery quote.

Customers are responsible for providing MCM House with the correct delivery address, email and phone number relating to the order. We are unable to offer warehouse pickup or showroom collection.  

Delivery charges are based on shipment location and total volume of your order. Total shipping fees can be viewed on the final checkout page. 

Orders with multiple lead times will be delivered together once all products are in stock. If you would prefer to pay additional shipping to split your deliveries, please contact us. If the item is not available to purchase online, please fill in the enquiry form on the product page and a sales consultant will get in touch with you.

Product lead times differ per product and act as a guide. Delays in product due date will be communicated if outside the estimated bracket. Once your items are ready for delivery our third party delivery partner will contact you to book in a delivery time. For smaller decor items that are shipped via express post, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email to track your delivery. Please note that dispatch timeframes may be delayed by up to 3 weeks during peak sale periods. 

If you miss your delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Please let our delivery partner know if you suddenly aren’t available during your delivery timeslot. You must accept delivery or collect your goods within 14 days of availability notification or MCM House may charge storage fees per week. Please talk to our sales team if you have any issues. 

Please choose carefully as we do not refund, return, or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection (as supported by Australian Consumer Law).

All MCM House product is quality controlled, however should a product be delivered that has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are entitled to this policy if you contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery notifying us of the manufacturing fault.

All custom / special ordered items are final sale, and are not liable for return, refund, or exchange.

We are unable to refund or provide credit due to inadequate access to your property so please ensure the items will fit in your lift/doorway/stairwells before purchasing. Returns, refund, exchanges, or warranty for “As- is”, “Display Stock” or “Warehouse Sale” product will not be accepted under any circumstance.
