Product Care

This Ottoman has a removable cover. To clean your fabric and linen covers, use a professional upholstery cleaner only. Note, we don't recommend using a washing machine, or a dry cleaner.

MCM House ship small decor items via Australia Post. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout based on your post code. You will be sent your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Furniture

Our online store offers Australia wide shipping excluding TAS & NT.

Delivery charges are based on shipment location and total volume of your order. These fees are calculated at checkout.

Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases. All MCM House product is quality controlled, however should a product be delivered that has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are entitled to this policy if you contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery notifying us of the manufacturing fault.
