Product Description

The artist describes the scene from a smart phone photo on a side street on the island of Oahu. Coe finds inspiration in the aspirations and determination of the youth. The painting was the first after his first successful salon style show in the Fletcher street Studio in early 2021. Coe describes the clouds reminiscent of hands intruding into the scene and alludes to subliminal messaging through self expression.
