Inside Made to Order
There’s something about walking into a space that just feels right. Not perfect. Not overly styled. Just… you.
That’s the idea behind Made to Order at MCM House.
There’s something about walking into a space that just feels right. Not perfect. Not overly styled. Just… you.
That’s the idea behind Made to Order at MCM House.
“I’ve always believed furniture should feel like it belongs to you,” says Founder and Creative Director Charles Hinckfuss. “Not like you picked it off a showroom floor.”
Every MCM House sofa or armchair starts with the same thing: a silhouette we’ve designed to live well.
Soft, relaxed, a bit undone but still considered. What Made to Order does is change how that piece shows up in your home.
– Charles Hinckfuss, Founder and Creative Director
It’s not about overthinking it. It’s about choosing something that feels right for how you actually use your space.
When we shot the Made to Order campaign, we didn’t want it to feel like a typical furniture campaign.
We shot it inside our new Head Office, with raw walls, natural light, nothing too polished. Then we layered in vintage pieces from Vampt Vintage.
Not to style it up, but to make it feel real.
– Charles Hinckfuss, Founder and Creative Director
That contrast, new and vintage, clean and worn, mirrors what Made to Order is about. You’re not just buying something new. You’re adding to a space that already has a story.
We’ve broken the range into three fabric tiers. Simple, clear, and easy to navigate.
