1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the MCM House Sofa Giveaway Promotion. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 This Promotion is conducted by MCM House (the Promoter).
1.3 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or any of its subsidiary companies are ineligible to enter.

 2. How to Enter

2.1 The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Monday 25 August 2025 and ends at 6:00pm AEST on Friday 12 September 2025 (the Promotional Period).
2.2 To enter, individuals must:

  • (a) be a resident of Queensland, aged 18 years or over;
  • (b) complete the entry form to sign up to the MCM House customer database; and
  • (c) opt in to receive marketing communications from MCM House.
    2.3 Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
    2.4 Entry is only valid for residents of Queensland.
    2.5 The entry form must include: First Name, Last Name, Email, State, Postcode, and Phone.
    2.6 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.

 3. Prize

3.1 One (1) winner will receive:

  • (a) An MCM House sofa of their choice, up to the value of $4,000 AUD; and
  • (b) Free delivery within Queensland metro areas.
    3.2 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
    3.3 The winner will be randomly selected.
    3.4 The draw will take place at 5:00pm AEST on Monday 15 September 2025.

4. Winner Notification

4.1 The winner will be notified via email or phone by Wednesday 17 September 2025.
4.2 If the prize is unclaimed by Friday 19 September 2025, a redraw will occur.
4.3 The winner’s initials and suburb will be published on the MCM House website.
4.4 The Promoter’s decision is final.

5. General

5.1 This Promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform.
5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary.
5.3 The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize.
5.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.

 6. Privacy

6.1 Personal information collected will be used to administer the Promotion and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
