Model and entrepreneur Anna Feller invited us into her North Bondi home; a colourful oasis that has been transformed into a creative hub for her swimwear line, Rashi World. Layered, lived-in and full of personality, the apartment, now unofficial HQ of Rashi World, is reflective of the creative energy that fuels her home and her business.
How does the design approach of Rashi World translate into your home?

I have occupied this apartment for over a decade and Rashi was born here, so the space has evolved alongside my life and the brand. It’s light and open, lots of white with pops of colour and very lived-in – especially after the beach when everyone tends to drift back here.

Kids are constantly in and out, snacking, showering off the day, with towels everywhere. I’ve always liked that balance of calm back here after the very busy weekends at the beach. That whole general vibe is very much what Rashi embodies."
As a founder, how important is your home environment to your creativity?

It’s central to it. Many of the early ideas for Rashi started in this apartment. My son Banjo has spent most of his childhood here, so the space holds a lot of memories – it’s layered with different chapters of my life.

[There’s] lots of creative energy always being thrown around, whether it’s designing, cooking, dreaming up playlists, long creative chats with my girlfriends, making things [or] art with Banjo.

Talk us through your furniture choices in your space.

The furniture and art in my home are pieces I’ve collected over time, mixed with some of my favourite MCM pieces. This sofa is my current obsession – it’s now the dream zone in the apartment.

I feel very lucky that many of the pieces in my home have been created by friends. There’s something very special about living with work made by your community. Generally everything I’m living with, wearing or eating has been somehow touched by someone I love or admire.

The dream is just to have everyone on the beach everywhere wearing Rashi. I’m inspired by so many women. I love watching the brand grow and seeing it in the wild is surreal and exciting.
