Travertine is a natural and porous stone. Each piece of travertine is unique, and has inherent qualities that will vary from piece to piece, including veining, tint, and density.

Product Care

Travertine is porous by nature, so special care needs to be taken to maintain its appearance. We suggest avoiding direct contact with heat, liquid, and abrasive cleaners or chemicals. Also, avoid placing hot items like mugs or plates on the surface without coasters or placemats underneath, this will prevent marks and stains being left on the stone. MCM ship small decor items via Australia Post. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout based on your post code. You will be sent your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Furniture

Our online store offers Australia wide shipping excluding TAS & NT.

Delivery charges are based on shipment location and total volume of your order. These fees are calculated at checkout.

Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases. A return delivery charge will be applicable should delivery not be successful due to inadequate access. Please check our measuring guide here before confirming your order.

Returns

All MCM House product is quality controlled, however should a product be delivered that has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are entitled to this policy if you contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery notifying us of the manufacturing fault.
