While efficiency and convenience are always at the forefront of our operations, COVID-19 has had a significant impact on our warehouse and delivery partners, who are unfortunately severely understaffed at this time. As a result, deliveries could unfortunately be pushed back by up to 2 weeks.
Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases. If goods are unable to be delivered due to access, the customer is liable to pay for return shipping back to the warehouse. If you are unsure, please view our furniture measuring guide here. Customers must also be present at the agreed time of delivery and allow access to the driver.
If you require an onsite access check to be performed prior to delivery this can be arranged for a fee. MCM House will refund the item and the access fee if your items cannot be delivered after a confirmed on site access check.
