Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases. If goods are unable to be delivered due to access, the customer is liable to pay for return shipping back to the warehouse. If you are unsure, please view our furniture measuring guide here. Customers must also be present at the agreed time of delivery and allow access to the driver. 

If you require an onsite access check to be performed (Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane metro only) prior to delivery, this can be arranged for a fee of $75. Please contact us to book an inspection.

Express Post
For all small decor items, MCM House ship Australia wide via express post. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout based on your post code. You will be sent your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Parcels do not require a signature on delivery and will be left at your home if it is safe to do so or alternatively, taken back to your local post office for collection.

*The items you have in your cart and your post code will determine what delivery options are shown on the final checkout page. Warehouse pick up is not available for online orders. 

What to expect:

Sydney Metro 
- Once your order is ready for delivery, our delivery partners will be in contact within 3 business days to book in a delivery date that suits you. 
- A two-hour delivery window is provided.
- On the day of delivery, you will receive an additional notification when the driver is 30 mins away

Rest of Australia
If you are not located within Sydney Metro, we use various different shipping carriers across Australia. 

- Once your order is ready for delivery it will be sent to your delivery location. This may take 1-2 weeks. 
- Our delivery partners will then contact you and provide a scheduled delivery date. This usually involves 24-48hrs notice.  

Our online store offers Australia wide shipping excluding TAS & NT.

Exclusions may apply to semi-remote and remote areas. If you are unable to generate a shipping quote at the checkout, please contact our sales team who will provide a custom delivery quote.

For all small decor items, MCM House ship Australia wide via express post. 

Customers are responsible for providing MCM House with the correct delivery address, email and phone number relating to the order. We are unable to offer warehouse pickup or showroom collection.  

Delivery charges are based on shipment location and total volume of your order. Total shipping fees can be viewed on the final checkout page. 

Orders with multiple lead times will be delivered together once all products are in stock. If you would prefer to pay additional shipping to split your deliveries, please contact us.  

If the item is not available to purchase online, please fill in the enquiry form on the product page and a sales consultant will get in touch with you.

Product lead times differ per product and act as a guide. Delays in product due date will be communicated if outside the estimated bracket.

Once your items are ready for delivery our third party delivery partner will contact you to book in a delivery time.

For smaller decor items that are shipped via express post, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email to track your delivery.

Please note that dispatch timeframes may be delayed by up to 3 weeks during peak sale periods. 

If you miss your delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Please let our delivery partner know if you suddenly aren’t available during your delivery timeslot. You must accept delivery or collect your goods within 14 days of availability notification or MCM House may charge storage fees per week. Please talk to our Sales team if you have any issues.
