Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases. If goods are unable to be delivered due to access, the customer is liable to pay for return shipping back to the warehouse. If you are unsure, please view our furniture measuring guide here. Customers must also be present at the agreed time of delivery and allow access to the driver.
If you require an onsite access check to be performed prior to delivery this can be arranged for a fee. MCM House will refund your order in full if your items cannot be delivered even after a confirmed on site access check.
We provide a white glove delivery service via our third-party shipping providers.
Our white glove service includes:
1. A two-hour delivery window the day of delivery
2. An additional notification when driver is 30 mins away
3. Assembly of item if required
4. Rubbish / packaging removal

For all small decor items, MCM ship Australia wide via express post. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout based on your post code. You will be sent your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This is a signature on delivery service and therefore, if no one is available a card outlining alternative arrangements (such as collection from your nearest Australia Post Office) will be given.
Our online store ships to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro areas only. If you require shipping outside of these locations, please contact our Sales team who will provide a custom delivery quote.

Customers are responsible for providing MCM House with the correct delivery address, email and phone number relating to the order. Please enquire with the sales team as to whether customer pick ups are available from the MCM showroom or MCM warehouse locations.
Delivery charges are based on shipment location and total volume of your order. Total shipping fees can be viewed on the final checkout page. If the item is not available to purchase, please fill in the enquiry form on the product page and a sales consultant will get in touch with you.
Please note, extra large deliveries may incur additional charges.
Product lead times differ per product and act as a guide. Delays in product due date will be communicated if outside the estimated bracket.
Once your items are ready for delivery our third party delivery partner will contact you to book in a delivery time. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email.
For smaller decor items that are shipped via Australia Post, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email to track your delivery.
If you miss your delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Please let our delivery partner know if you suddenly aren’t available during your delivery timeslot. You must accept delivery or collect your goods within 14 days of availability notification or MCM may charge storage fees per week. Please talk to our Sales team if you have any issues.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund, return, or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection (as supported by Australian Consumer Law).
All MCM House product is quality controlled, however should a product be delivered that has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are entitled to this policy if you contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery notifying us of the manufacturing fault.
All custom / special ordered items are final sale, and are not liable for return, refund, or exchange.
Product sold as ex-display from the showroom floor, or purchased at an MCM House warehouse sale are sold on a “Final Sale” basis. Returns, refund, exchanges, or warranty for “As- is”, “Display Stock” or “Warehouse Sale” product will not be accepted under any circumstance.
