We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the team for MCM House, Byron Bay.

Roles and Responsibilities
It is important to note that the scope of our MCM roles are constantly evolving, therefore each team member must be comfortable with change, however below are some of the main responsibilities we expect from this role currently.
- Manage, maintain and coordinate sales from order to delivery
- Follow up promptly on all quotes and customer enquiries
- Develop warm and professional relationships with all store visitors
- Achieve sales budgets - both personal and team
- Prepare sales activity reports as required
- Participate in regular sales meetings
- Stock management – unpacking, labelling, displaying as per VM guidelines
- Assist with showroom stocktakes as required
- Maintain showroom in accordance with VM presentation guidelines
- Motivating and leading the sales team to ensure that the sales team is achieving set sales targets
- Run all operations of the showroom including but not limited to basic admin, sales, stock management, rostering and showroom maintenance
- Engaging with clients, creating leads and generating sales
- Building upon our design consultation service
- Arranging meetings with design industry clients to build your sales network
- Ensuring that all sales related administrative tasks are performed correctly
- Building long term relationships with new and existing customers, and drive repeat purchases
- Provide mentorship and training as the team grows, ensuring motivation and morale is always high
- Handle escalated customer complaints and follow up with a positive result
We are looking for someone who has
- Experience as a Sales Manager managing a team and showroom
- A passion for retail and design
- Demonstrated sales experience with proven record in meeting sales targets
- The ability to communicate with clients and customers
- The drive to be an efficient and a fast-paced worker
- A team player attitude and a willingness to support the whole team
- Immaculate and on-brand presentation
The role will require some weekend work so availability across Saturdays and Sundays is a must.

Casual Sales Representatives | Byron Bay Showroom
We are looking for casual sales representatives to join the team as brand ambassadors for MCM House, Byron Bay.

- Manage new and existing residential clients, providing outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and on-going business
- Build and nurture client relationships with residential (end-user) clients
- Manage, maintain and coordinate sales through from quoting to delivery process, this includes a “check-in” every 4 weeks
- Administration tasks including emailing clients, attending to client enquiries via HubSpot, answering and transferring phone calls, processing orders both in person and over the phone/email
- Ensure all HubSpot and email enquiries are responded to within 24 hours of enquiry date
- Promptly follow up quotes/leads through all channels via phone call and email
- Achieve sales budgets - both personal goals and supporting the broader team
- Ensure all required activity is logged in the in-house CRM system
- Ensure the showroom is presentable at all times, this includes fluffing sofa cushions, sweeping or vacuuming the floor (if required), changing water in vases, wiping mirrors or any glass
- Ensure workplace is kept tidy at all times, this includes shared spaces i.e., kitchen, bathroom and work desks
The role will require some weekend work so availability across Saturdays and Sundays is a must.
